In four months I increased my English almost 80%. I took private and group classes and both were wonderful. In private classes I could practice talking more about myself. The group classes were so fun because we practiced together. Also I took conversation club, where I improved my English. The personal attention was special and I’m happy with it. Thanks a lot. I’ll miss you.

The course was excellent. My teacher was very helpful so I learned and gained a great deal. I finished Level 2 in a short period of time and now I am almost done with Level 3. I am looking forward to taking the next levels until I am able to pass the TOEFL.

Today we finished Spanish 1 taught by Karla Torres and wanted to let you know it was the best language class we've ever taken. Your school's technique works very well. It's well-balanced, and we especially liked the emphasis on speaking and hearing Spanish. Other classes mainly teach reading and writing.

Our thanks and complements also to Karla. She is a great teacher. She has lots of patience and obviously enjoys teaching. Don't lose her.

Again, muchas gracias y Feliz Navidad. We look forward to Spanish 2 in January.

In January of 2004, my husband and I began Spanish classes at the International Language Center of San Antonio. I had taken Spanish in high school and college over fifty years ago, and my husband had attended one class through the NEISD Community Eduction program about ten years ago. We decided to make a serious effort to learn Spanish. We had no particular reason but knew that doing so would keep our aging minds active.

We are currently nearing the end of Level III and plan to continue. The teaching has been excellent, and the staff friendly, helpful and very patient. Classes have been small, averaging about six or seven. The classes are conducted in Spanish; we have time to practice with one another; computer language labs are available, and we often come early to use these programs.

Would we recommend this school? Indeed we would and have.

I was impressed with ILCSA from the time I made my first phone call to inquire about Spanish classes to the day I received my certificate of completion.

From a customer service standpoint, ILCSA truly excels in all areas. The administrative staff was friendly, helpful and followed through on their commitments. Academically, the instruction was top-notch.

I enrolled in private Spanish classes as part of my continuing education for my job. My instructor was well-prepared (all instructors are required to have detailed lesson plans), warm and enthusiastic. Her teaching methods were creative and appropriate for adults. She was flexible in gearing my lessons to the topics that I felt would be most helpful to me.

My experience at ILCSA was very positive, and I would highly recommend the Center to anyone interested in learning a new language.

Sincerely,
Lindsey Woodhaven, M.Ed.

“ I recommend, in the strongest possible terms, the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) as an outstanding resource for language training. I have been a student at UAG for the last sixteen months and have experienced firsthand their instructional program. The pedagogy which they use is excellent. Books, videos, language laboratory, music conductive to learning, group and individual instruction, and interaction with other native speakers of the language being learned contribute to provide multi-sensory learning…”

“I have found my experiences with International
Language Center at San Antonio (ILCSA) invaluable.
The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and caring. The are aware of my busy schedule and do their best to accommodate me with any adjustments that may become necessary.
It has been and will continue to be the only
