A 25% deposit is due upon registration in order to hold a spot. Balance is due before your class begins and can be paid upon arrival in Guadalajara.
For those of you applying to the courses held in April, May, June, July and August – your registration form and deposit need to be submitted as soon as possible since these classes fill up very quickly.
Payments can be made through the San Antonio, Texas Office.
A registration form can be sent in without a deposit but you are not assured a spot in the course until your deposit is received.
UAG Policy on Refunds for the Medical Spanish Course

| From 1st day of class to 5th calendar day | 50% less $100 |
| After 5th day | 0% |
For those students that attend class and are requesting a refund, a letter stating reason for withdrawal and requesting a refund will need to be submitted. No credit or certificate will issued for those attending 5 classes or less. If a student is dropped from class, he/she will not receive a refund.
